Chef Shawn Kelsey is a professional chef with over 25 years experience. He is an American Culinary Federation Certified Culinarian with the Chefs of Santa Fe Chapter. His professional experience includes fine dining establishments, busy upscale casual restaurants and high volume hotel banquet production. He is currently a Dining Services Manager at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA where he continues his passion for food and team leadership.
