RENOVATING, UPDATING OR BUILDING A NEW KITCHEN?

Classic Kitchens & Baths offers many great products and services for your new kitchen, from stock to custom cabinets, multiple countertop options and a price point for everyone. We understand that remodeling your kitchen or designing a new space can be an overwhelming task. There are many decisions to be made, contractors to find, and time-lines to be considered. Our design team is knowledgeable and hold degrees and certifications in design, along with a true passion for beautiful and functional design. At Classic Kitchens we can help you navigate through these many options and find the best fit for you, your family, and your lifestyle. How do you like to cook? Who helps you prep? Who's in charge of cleanup? Or how often do you entertain? It's not just about selling cabinet boxes. It's all about you and the experience of creating this new space to live in.

SO, WHERE DO YOU BEGIN? RIGHT HERE WITH US!

The first step is to determine (roughly) when you’d like to start your project. If it’s 2 months from now or a year from now, it’s always a good idea to start gathering your estimates from multiple sources to establish a budget for your project, even if it’s not going to happen right away. That’s why we offer one FREE in-home measure, design consultation, quote and design presentation. We can also work from your builder’s or architect’s blueprints if you are building a new home.

To help us prepare a preliminary design and estimate for you, it’s helpful to let us know what you like and don’t like about your existing space, what type of storage needs you’d like to address, how you’d like to feel in your new space, or what colors or design aesthetics you are attracted to. If you are unsure, it’s alright if you can’t answer those questions; our designers are very good at asking the right questions to help us determine what options might work and include them in your FREE estimate.

Depending on the current work-load and commitments with clients, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to call you into the showroom for the kitchen presentation and estimate review after the initial measure. This estimate will include the options and price-points discussed during your measure. We will review the first design in detail and walk around the showroom to point out any accessories or options we have included in our design proposal. We will talk about the design with an open dialog for your thoughts and feedback.

WHAT DO YOU WALK AWAY WITH FROM YOUR FIRST DESIGN REVIEW?

After your first design presentation you’ll be able to take home a complete cabinet and countertop estimate that reflects the design, but we also hope that that you’ll have a sense of who we are, what type of service we can offer and how we can help. We do not release any floor plans, renderings or elevations until a minimum $600 Non-Refundable Deposit has been paid (a larger deposit maybe be required based on the size of the space & estimated cabinet cost). This deposit allows us to continue our journey together in creating a beautiful new space for you, and shows that you are committed to continuing to work with us. The best part is that this initial deposit is applied to your cabinet order in the end! This means there are no added design fees for working with us.

Note: If a complete set of working plans are requested before placing the cabinet order and you have already paid the Non-Refundable Deposit, an additional $1,000 deposit is required, but again, applied to your cabinet order in the end.

WHAT IF I’M NOT READY TO COMMIT?

That’s alright! Many customers decide to take a few days, sometimes months, to gather estimates from contractors, shop for appliances, or obtain other quotes to help them determine if they are ready to move forward.

WHAT IF MY FIRST ESTIMATE WAS OVER MY BUDGET?

If what we proposed was over the budget you had in mind, we’d be happy to re-quote one additional FREE estimate (estimate only), which may involve quoting a less expensive cabinet line, door style, overlay, finish or making small adjustments to interior accessories, but keeping in mind the important features of your new space.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PAY THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT?

After you have paid the non-refundable deposit, we continue to edit the design, quote different door style or finish options, view the design in 3D color renderings if needed, review appliances and prepare the final plans. It also allows us to order door samples or color swatches to better help you make those final decisions. This process can take a couple weeks, or it can take 2-3 months depending on your timeline and ability to make final decisions. It’s a different experience and process for everyone, and we understand there are many decisions to be made…which is why we are here to help you through it.

We understand that any size remodeling project is a large undertaking, both financially and mentally. We offer one free estimate because we know as a consumer, you are taking the time to do your research, gather multiple quotes, talk to different people in the trade, and receive sometimes very different advice or opinions about products. After spending time with you in your home, or here in the showroom, we hope you have learned more about what’s available for your project, and most of all, we hope you will want to continue to work with us. Let us help you with your next custom kitchen design needs.

WHAT'S THE VALUE OF THIS ONE FREE OFFER?

On average we are designing and quoting 10-20 projects at a time per designer, both small and large. An average size kitchen typically take 8-16 hours to measure, design, quote and present which is a value of $600-$1,200. So book your appointment now for your FREE kitchen estimate! It's a great deal!

We also offer Design-Only options for kitchens, as well as consultation hours. Please see our Design Service page for our options.
